Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority at RTS Homes.  We are proud to stand behind our homes by providing to you our Builder's One Year Material and Workmanship Warranty on top of the nationally acclaimed 2-10 Homebuyer's Warranty.

RTS Homes Customer Care Department is managed in-house, allowing us the ability to deliver to you the best quality service on your new home both during and after construction. 

What you can expect:

Prior to your Customer Orientation and Walk Through, we complete a rigorous internal quality control inspection to assure the components of your home are properly functioning and all customer preference options are installed.

One to two weeks prior to the closing of your home, we invite you to the Customer Orientation and Walk Through process.  This allows you to become acquainted with your new home, how it works, and how to properly care for and maintain your home.

If you discover any issues after you move into your home, we are happy to provide the opportunity for repairs at the second- and tenth-month.  You may conveniently submit requests for these items on our Warranty Portal located on this website.

After your Builder's One Year Warranty, the 2-10 Homebuyer's Warranty is in effect and covers the major systems and structural components of your home.
