Warranty Request Form
Please fill out the information below to submit your warranty request. An RTS Homes's customer care representative will email or call you back within 24 hours of your submission, excluding weekends.
Hours of operation
Administrative Staff: Monday thru Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Inspection Appointments: Monday thru Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
Work Appointments: Monday thru Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.
Emergency
Emergencies are considered complete loss of power, HVAC outages, and water leaks. During normal business hours (Monday thru Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm) contact our office at 912-876-3363.
