The Raleigh

The Raleigh is our second largest floor plan with 4242 total square feet under roof! With 5 or 6 beds and 3 or 4 baths, it's spacious for everyone! Walking in from the garage, you will immediately have a relaxed feel entering the large family room. Connected to the family room, you will find the open kitchen, breakfast area, and dining room. There is a formal living room that could be an optional study, home office or play room. Guests will enjoy the downstairs bedroom and full bath. Upstairs has a huge master suite with a sitting area, master bath, dressing area, and walk-in closet. There are 4 spare bedrooms, a loft area, a laundry room, and a full bath.
