Red Tag offers vary by home and apply only to select inventory homes with new, full-price contracts at current advertised pricing and use of a preferred lender. Homes must close by December 31, 2026, on the date determined by Seller. Up to $15,000 Your Way is available for Seller-approved uses, subject to lender approval and loan program limits; unused funds remain with Seller and have no cash value to Buyer. Price reductions and included fences are home-specific; fence specifications and placement are determined by Seller. Existing contracts are excluded. Buyers switching from previously binding contracts may forfeit earnest money under those contracts and may be required to pay an additional non-refundable deposit at Seller’s discretion.
