Our Story

Established in 2004 by Trevor Sikes, RTS Homes was created to provide affordable homes in Hinesville, Georgia for military families serving at Fort Stewart. After graduating from Georgia Southern University, Trevor began his first building venture with a small community of homes in Liberty County. Under Trevor’s leadership, RTS Homes has experienced a consistent track record of industry success and stability, all while maintaining a focus on conducting business with integrity.

In 2010, Miranda Sikes joined the company as the other half of the husband and wife team. Miranda can be found managing the sales team, creating marketing material, and making interior design selections. She continually works to provide beautiful homes with the features clients look for, while also maintaining positive and helpful relationships with industry and real estate partners. In addition, the Sikes assembled an incredible group of dedicated professionals to work both in the office and on-site which allows RTS Homes to remain on the forefront of the market.
