At RTS Homes, we are committed to customer satisfaction. Our Customer Care Department is managed in-house, allowing us the ability to deliver to you the best and most efficient quality service on your new home both during and after construction. We are proud to stand behind our homes by providing to you our One-Year Builder’s Materials and Workmanship Warranty on top of the nationally acclaimed 2-10 Homebuyer’s Warranty for additional systems and structural coverage.

Because there are thousands of components in a new home, there may be a need for an adjustment after closing. If you have a warrantable request that requires service, we’re here to help! Please fill out the Warranty Request form below, and a Customer Care representative will be in touch with you within 24 business hours.

If you have an electrical, plumbing or HVAC emergency after normal business hours, please refer to the Emergency Contacts list in your breaker panel box or below.

Hours of operation

Administrative Staff: Monday thru Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Inspection Appointments: Monday thru Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Work Appointments: Monday thru Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.

Emergency

Emergencies are considered complete loss of power, HVAC outages, and water leaks. During normal business hours (Monday thru Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm) contact our office at 912-876-3363.
